    clienti it en Contatti Edison Spa Attività internazionali Idrocarburi Elettricità Trading Offerte Edison Casa Business Area clienti Chi siamo Attività Energia elettrica Termoelettrico Idroelettrico Eolico Fotovoltaico Biomasse Esplorazione e produzione idrocarburi Infrastrutture gas Stoccaggio gas Trasporto gas Distribuzione gas Ingegneria Trading Vendita di elettricità e gas Efficienza energetica Carbon origination Ricerca impianti Sostenibilità La nostra offerta Lavora con noi Investor Relations Governance Media Come nasce l energia it en Contatti Home Attività Energia elettrica Termoelettrico La centrale termoelettrica di Verzuolo Attività Energia elettrica Termoelettrico Idroelettrico Eolico Fotovoltaico Biomasse Esplorazione e produzione idrocarburi Infrastrutture gas Stoccaggio gas Trasporto gas Distribuzione gas Ingegneria Trading Vendita di elettricità e gas Efficienza energetica Carbon origination Ricerca impianti share 06 ottobre 2014 La centrale termoelettrica di Verzuolo Come funziona l impianto La centrale di Verzuolo è composta da un impianto di tipo cogenerativo a ciclo combinato con cogenerazione e da un termocombustore a letto fluido Bark Boiler I combustibili utilizzati sono gas naturale per i cicli combinati e scarti di legno cortecce fanghi di cartiera e gas naturale per l alimentazione della caldaia a letto fluido Il funzionamento si basa sull utilizzo di due turbine TG1 e TG2 ai cui alberi sono accoppiati i generatori di energia elettrica G1 e G2 di due generatori di vapore a recupero GVR1 e GVR2 accoppiati ai singoli turbogas e di una turbina a vapore TV accoppiata al generatore di energia elettrica G3 I gas prodotti dalla combustione del gas naturale nelle turbine vengono convogliati attraverso i condotti di scarico ai generatori di vapore a recupero GVR1 e GVR2 che producono vapore a due diversi livelli di pressione AP e BP Il vapore prodotto nella sezione di alta pressione è inviato alla turbina a vapore il vapore di media e di bassa pressione spillato dalla TV è inviato allo stabilimento La cartiera una volta utilizzato il vapore restituisce alla Centrale la maggior parte delle condense Il vapore di scarico della turbina viene condensato tramite un condensatore ad acqua L acqua del circuito di raffreddamento del condensatore e del macchinario è utilizzata in circuito chiuso con abbattimento della temperatura tramite tre torri evaporative del tipo wet dry che consentono di ridurre il consumo di acqua ed il pennacchio di vapore emesso in atmosfera L acqua utilizzata per la produzione del vapore è prodotta da un impianto di demineralizzazione che provvede a trattare l acqua industriale proveniente dagli impianti della cartiera I fumi caldi in uscita dal combustore sono inviati alla caldaia a recupero a circolazione naturale per la produzione di vapore di alta pressione che viene utilizzato in turbina a vapore per la produzione di energia elettrica I fumi all uscita del generatore di vapore passano attraverso il sistema di trattamento composto dal reattore ad effetto venturi nel quale vengono iniettati i carboni attivi e il bicarbonato di sodio per l abbattimento delle sostanze organiche e degli acidi contenuti nei fumi L energia elettrica prodotta è dedicata quasi esclusivamente all alimentazione della cartiera Burgo la restante parte viene immessa nella

    how we produce energy Where and how we produce gas Energy Efficiency Environmental protection Protecting biodiversity BioVega project Mosselmonitor The development of renewable sources Climate change Emissions reduction Environmental management system Life at Edison Edison for culture and education Edison for the community Value for our customers Sustainability report News Contacts share 01 September 2015 Climate change Climate change and mitigation action are important themes for Edison in that we are exposed to numerous pressures that directly and or indirectly influence industrial activity Such stresses are translated as interventions to adopt in order to deal with two types of risk Physical risk directly linked to extreme and violent meteorological events caused by global warming and that could have repercussions on industrial infrastructure with economic and social consequences Normative risk risk indirectly linked to climate change linked to the application of European and Italian legislation drawn up to contain within the limits hoped for the increase in global temperatures The adoption of such legislation requires a necessary series of compliances that have repercussions on the industrial process the management of infrastructures and investments Edison has started a project to manage environmental risks in line with the actions taken by the EDF s Strategy of Adaptation to Climate Change project aimed at reinforcing the level of resilience of systems to sudden disruptive events If on the one hand tackling climate change means managing the risks on the other Edison also means to grasp all opportunities Our strategy is in fact the development of energy efficiency services that enable the reduction of CO 2 emissions and the implementation of co operation projects on the development of renewable energy sources in Europe and in other countries under EU Directive 2009 28 EC We are also considering the possibility of using the Carbon Capture and Storage CCS and other technologies for the energy efficient generation Constantly monitoring the changes and trends that are occurring both at the national and international level is of fundamental importance for Edison particularly at this time when the legislative framework upon which to base an energy model featuring low carbon emissions is being drawn up In this context Edison has an active role in discussions with institutions both at the Italian and European level It plays an active part in the discussions for example in talks on the Green Paper on the energy and environmental targets to be pursued through 2030 and prior to this in the debate on reform of the Emissions Trading System ETS THE INTERNATIONAL STRATEGY FOR CLIMATE CHANGE As of December 31 2012 there are no binding objectives defined internationally under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change UNFCCC owing to the expiry of the Kyoto Protocol The parties involved in the negotiating process to identify new obligations for the reduction of CO2 emissions have recognised the need to limit the increase in global warming to 2 C but have not reached agreement on the commitments which must be taken on as binding global and
